Service Areas: We serve selected regions globally. Please check the checkout page for availability in your country. We do not ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding companies.

Fulfillment Strategy: To ensure efficiency, we utilize a global fulfillment network. US orders are prioritized from our local US warehouse. In cases of stock limitations, orders may be fulfilled from our international centers in Hong Kong or Guangdong, China. All international orders and Made-to-Order items are shipped from our Hong Kong or Guangdong facilities.
2. Shipping Costs & Thresholds

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders meeting the minimum purchase threshold for your region.

Dynamic Shipping: For orders below the minimum threshold or for regions with higher logistics costs, shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address and order value.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Core Markets: For shipments to the US, UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore, the final price shown at checkout includes all applicable import duties and taxes. We facilitate DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to these regions to ensure a seamless experience for you.

Other International Destinations: Please note that for other international destinations, import duties and local taxes are not included in the item price and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are determined by your local customs office, and we are unable to provide estimates or reimburse these charges.
4. Logistics & Transit

Tracking: All shipments include tracking numbers. You will receive an email notification once your parcel has been dispatched.

Disruptions: While we partner with premium carriers like DHL and FedEx for stable service, delivery times (typically 3–10 business days) are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather, carrier strikes, or customs processing.

Refused Packages: If a package is refused or undeliverable due to recipient negligence (e.g., incorrect address), we will issue a refund only after the package is received back at our warehouse, minus all applicable shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
