  • Company Identity: This website is operated by Lepton LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA.

  • Intended Use: Products purchased on this site are for personal use only and are not intended for re-sale.

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Accuracy and Disclaimer

  • Content Accuracy: While we attempt to ensure the information on this website is current and accurate, we cannot guarantee that the content, including product descriptions, colors, and pricing, is completely error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lepton LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our website or products.

3. Orders & Availability

  • Order Processing: We strive for accurate stock counts; however, products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, technical errors, or violation of these terms.

  • Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information. We are not liable for undelivered items resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

  • Payment Methods: We accept major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s PCI-DSS compliant gateways.

  • Discounts: Discount codes cannot be combined, and flash sale items are generally excluded from additional discounts.

  • Inclusive Markets: Prices include applicable taxes for shipments to the US, UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.

  • Other Destinations: For all other countries, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. We cannot provide estimates or reimburse these charges.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Fulfillment Strategy: US orders are prioritized from our local US warehouse. International orders and Made-to-Order items are fulfilled from our facilities in Hong Kong or Guangdong, China.

  • Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including acts of God, war, strikes, or carrier disruptions.

  • Refused Packages: Packages refused or returned due to recipient negligence will be refunded minus the costs of original shipping, return shipping, and any applicable duties/taxes.

6. Returns & Warranty

  • Returns: Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if in original, unused condition with all packaging. Personalized and "Final Sale" items are non-returnable.

  • Warranty: We provide a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for watches/jewelry (2 years) and leather goods (lifetime). This does not cover general wear, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming.
